3 Shipping & Returns

3.1 We use various shipping partners. Our rates can be found on the checkout page. When we ship your order, in most cases you will receive a tracking code to track your order.

3.2 Customers with a billing address and shipping address outside the EU are not obliged to pay VAT. After confirming that your billing and shipping address is outside the EU, VAT will automatically be excluded from your order in the checkout.

3.3 We do not pay any customs fees or (import) taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or incorrectly delivered by the shipping party, for example due to incorrect address input. We are only an intermediary between your order and the shipping party.

3.4 Returns must be registered in advance by e-mail or telephone.

4 Delivery status

4.1 Once your package(s) are in our shipping partner's sorting centre, you will in most cases receive a tracking code to track your order.

4.2 We are not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong addresses, or any defects of our shipping partner.
